[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about six weeks ago. The ice stops up in the output all the time creating a mess when you open the freezer door to unclog it. The meat keeper drawer is very hard to open and squeaks like nails on a chalkboard. I do like the size and the shelves. No better/worse than another brand I bought 5 years ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the meat keeper drawer, please remove the drawer completely to ensure they are installed correctly in the guides. Rubbing the gliders on each side with olive oil or waxed paper, may help ease the sliding in and out. Not happy so far

Both times I've messed with it a bit and it started working again, which is good I guess, but would prefer to get hassle free, reliable ice. I'm going to contact warranty support and will update this review accordingly

Good features but door issue and noise

I have had the door adjusted twice as they door are not level. Overall the motor has a fairly loud hum, and there are knocks and little noises I didn't expect, but were referred to in the operating manual.

Fits well in my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model because of style and size. Do not like how the light works in freezer and refrigerator. Ice cubes stick together and sometimes gets stuck in chute. Price was right for what you get,

Sometimes if the ice is not being used very often, the cubes will stick together and get caught in the chute. Please try either using the ice more often, or shaking the bin every day or so. WONDERFUL WHILE IT LASTED!!!!

It was delivered exactly 2 days before Hurricane Harvey rolled into town and on that first night around 10 PM the water started seeping into the house. Within a couple of hours I was wading in water and could only stand and watch as all of my furniture and appliances including my beautiful new refrigerator get inundated with murky brown water. However I was able to evacuate safely and would love to eventually get another refrigerator just like that one.
