Looks great and the noise is fixable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the counter depth size and am really glad I went with it. The unit looks great. I am a bit surprised the freezer doesn't hold more - it was full after I transferred everything from my small top freezer that was part of my old unit. I thought I would have more room to spare.
Also, I did experience the loud noise that a lot of people mentioned in their reviews but it was a quick fix. If your water line is not hooked up (mine isn't) turn off the ice maker and your fridge won't make that noise. It says all of that in the instruction manual but I imagine the people complaining didn't read that. Fortunately it was a quick fix and the unit is pretty quiet once the ice maker is off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, pretty good unit. My only complaints are one of the drawers only pulls out when you yank hard and it makes a ear piercing shriek when it does open. Also, there is a cold spot on the top shelf left where stuff freezes there.

Alot more room than I thought it would have and it looks so good and fits perfectly flush with my new cabinets. It cools perfectly, it's quiet, ice and water maker works perfect, and I would never ever buy anything other than then the smudge proof stainless steel. It truly has not shown one handprint or anything since we bought it. I havent even had to wipe it and it still looks like brand new. And trust me the Fridge is touched more than any other appliance in your home, especially when there are 6 people living in it. Thanks Frigidaire!

Unpleasantly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the exact same refrigerator we had to replace (15 yr old Frigidaire died), water running & ice maker are louder than the old one. Ice cubes get caught in the door of the dispenser, propping it open & causing problems. That didn't happen with the old fridge until it's last couple of years. Other than these issues, it works fine, steady temps & good seal on both doors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello, TexasTree! I can imagine your frustration with the issues you are having. Some noise is normal in regard to the icemaker and dispenser. Try shaking the ice bin occasionally to loosen the cubes so they won't stick together. This should allow them to go down the chute more effectively. ~ Brandi
