Happy so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the exception of the first week, when loading the freezer for the first time with a handful of items, the temperature began to inexplicably rise to almost 20 degrees (this after unloading and reloading exactly the same way twice before it finally settled back to zero), I am happy with my purchaae thus far. Have it for less than a month, but love most of the features and how pretty it looks. Returned my Zero water pitcher after using the filter here which is so easy. Immediate ice is great with no more need of an ice tray. Wish the freezer waa a bit bigger, but I guess that is standard size for a counter depth, side by side. I purchased a separate standalone freezer to supplement for more storage and have a mini fridge in case space runs out in the larger fridge. Since I have it less than a month, too soon to tell if there will be more issues down the road, but am overall happy with the purchase and the price I paid for it...

Nice looking but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good looking fridge but it has some drawbacks.
The ice comes out very fast, it's fine for me with a big cup but when you have small children with smaller cups it's a mess waiting to happen.
The unit is a little noisy when the water unit is engaged whether it be someone getting water or the ice maker running the valve is loud.
The unit makes clicking noises from the compressor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

TheBuddyShop, thank you for sharing your refrigerator review. Ice coming out very fast typically happens when the dispenser is not used often. The cubes may stick together and cause the ice to jam in the ice chute. This may cause a lot of ice to be dispensed at once. We recommend using the ice dispenser more often and to check the ice chute to make sure that no ice is stuck in the chute. The normal operating sounds your refrigerator will exhibit are listed on page 29 in your Owner’s Manual. Nice addition to our house
