[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Side by side is not my original choice but i bought it as set. It tends have a high pitch whistle at time. Maybe when filling the ice maker. other then that it serves the purpose. Temperature seems to always be accurate so I cant complain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice-looking appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a nice addition to our new home and looks nice in the stainless, magnet-friendly, finish. However, regardless of the settings I use, my vegetables in the middle drawer of the refrigerator keep freezing and regularly have ice on them. I have had to put a dish towel in one side of the drawer to insulate my vegetables from becoming frozen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey sjmcquirk, I am terribly sorry to hear about your concerns. The crisper drawers are adjustable; lower humidity conditions may result in freezing in drawers. Try adjusting the humidity control to allow for more airflow in and out of the drawer. If you feel there is still a concern of sorts, feel free to contact us directly to discuss further.

Quality product but small interior

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came as part of the appliance package in our new construction home. The functionality of the fridge has been great. The only downside is that its interior space in much smaller than the fridge at our old housr which had the same exterior dimensions.

A standard countertop is 24 inches deep, and the body of a counter depth refrigerator—not counting the doors or handles—is usually close to that depth. By comparison, the body of a standard refrigerator is usually the same width and height, but closer to 30 inches deep. If your previous refrigerator was a standard depth model, you would notice a difference in the interior storage. Very Good Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Features are very good. The digital temperature reading of the refrigerator and freezer are helpful to ensure both are functioning properly. The number of shelves is very good. Only issue we have encountered is the ease of opening and closing the vegetable drawer.
