Would not recommend

As others have reported this refrigerator leaks and nothing appears to solve the issue. My beautiful pine floors have been ruined by the leaking. I will be replacing it as soon as I possibly can to avoid further damage.

Spaces are too small and deep, hard to see and access. Already had to replace parts. Suspect cooling consistency.

PLEASE think before purchasing this monstrosity! This is the WORST refrigerator ever...it's so loud it's literally woken me up from across the house. It makes clicking and knocking noises 24 hours a day. I wish I'd never gotten this fridge... ;-(

4 Service Calls in 3 Months!

I bought this item 3 months ago and have had 4 service calls since. The circut board, water valve and compressor have all been replaced. Seems like this item was built with sub-standard parts.

Lemon?

This refrigerator is barely one year old and I have had repair service two times already. Twice for the same issue as the freezer is developing frost around the ice bucket. . The gasket around the refrigerator came off and you sent me another one. This is unacceptable. Hopefully this is the end of the repairs for a very long time but I seriously doubt it. You asked!

Condensation Build Up

We took delivery in early June and even after one repair condensation still builds up in the freezer. Another repair is scheduled for next week.

Disappointed

We bought our fridge in June and had it repaired 3 weeks later. Apparently there was a part in the icemaker that was missing and it caused the freezer to make ice crystals. Now the icemaker is still not working properly. The ice jams in the door and make a huge mess when we try to retrieve the ice. If I had it to do again, I'd definitely choose a different model.

Hello Frigidaire Friend! Have you noticed that ice has melted and frozen around the auger? If so, remove your ice container, thaw, and empty the contents. Clean your container, wipe dry, and replace in the proper position. When new ice is made, it should dispense properly. If you notice cubes are jammed between the ice maker and the rear of your ice bin, remove the cubes. These steps should resolve your concerns.
