ice maker installed improperly

Ice maker was installed such that it leaked from the beginning. Add to that a plastic covering the drain hole was left in place. I had water leaking to the bottom of my freezer.
I do not like the design of the ice dispenser. Water and crushed ice are ok, but cubes come only in quantities of nearly 2 cups.
Dispenser mouth is so big, I need a 2 cup Measuring Cup to catch the cubed and crushed ice, anything smaller sends ice scattering onto the floor.
Regulation of the temperature from freezer to refrigerator is primitive. I do not use the left side of my "chill drawer" because the items will freeze.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice design!

We bought this unit about 3 or 4 months ago and are very happy with it so far. Ice maker needs watching but not too big a deal. Fixed the squeaky crisper drawer that many complain about (including us) by removing the factory installed small white slider clips - no more squeak!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Form & Function

I've had the refrigerator for over 3 months now! It's efficient, quiet with just the right amount of space. The sleek clean look of the stainless steel adds a modern look as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased about 3 months ago. Works well. Only complaint is that a few drops of water leak out every day from the ice/water dispenser.

Looks Nice, but Leaves much to be desired

We bought this 4-5 months ago. We liked the size the and features and got it for a what we feel was a fair price.
The fridge it self is fine. It keeps has plenty of space and drawers and the keeps all items cold/ frozen. The door to the fridge is a bit of a pain. After adjusting numerous times the door on the refrigerator side will not balance properly and swings open violently everytime. The bottom rack is not adjustable so most OJ containers do not fit.
The main reason we were in the market for a new refrigerator was we did not have an automatic ice maker in our frig. Though it is super nice to no longer have to make ice in trays, the ice maker/ dispenser seems faulty and consistently spews ice on the floor after I've removed the glass from the door. The pace of which the ice is dispensed is also annoying. It would nice to have the option to adjust this as opposed to barely engaging the unit, having ice come rocketing out, and wasting 5-10 cubes down the drain. Finally accessing the ice in the freeEr is difficult as you have to slide out the entire ice bin. A door to access the ice would be a nice feature.
All and all it's an OK frig, but would look at others before buying this idea again.
