We bought a new 5th wheel in April 2015 & fridge came with it. They need to figure out how to not have the squealing drawers, those are terrible

i bought this in January and the ice maker quits if you forget to turn it off. Water drips from the spigot I need to call them. I wish I had read some of the info like the manufacturer my sis bought high end of all the appliances and has had problems with them all and I hope I did not make a mistake buying this brand!

Noisy

There is a high pitched noise 90% of the time that drives me crazy. The owner's manual wants you to believe that these noises are normal but the fact that it comes and goes makes me wonder if that's actually true. The freezer door also doesn't shut properly if you put products in the shelves of the doors. Overall unhappy with this product.

Great counter-depth refrigerator!

I bought this about 6 weeks ago and am so pleased. The stainless steel is easy to clean and smudge proof. It is a very nice color and the sides are gray instead of black. It updates my kitchen beautifully!

Squeaky Drawer

We have only had this fridge for about a month. Love the look and keeping the stainless clean is easy-peasy. Appearances - looks great! Our chief complaints are about the drawers. The meat drawer squeaks like (but MUCH louder than) nails on a chalkboard! The drawer directly below that one gets stuck, pulls out the shelf it's hanging from and falls down. One shelf on the door keeps falling off as well. Working with customer support and hoping Frigidaire steps up and fixes our issues. :)

You may find that rubbing the crisper drawer edges with wax paper will allow them to glide easier and alleviate the friction you are experiencing. You may reduce the fast flow of ice through the dispenser by emptying out the ice container if the ice is not used up regularly, or making sure the ice has not collected on one side of the ice container. The water feature is too slow. It takes a very long time for water to fill the cup. The crushed ice doesn't seem to be effective. However the space and storage is good.

The ice cubes come flying out and one of the vegie draws squeaks, the ice maker has its own mind and works when it wants too, at time we run out of ice for days until it starts again. It looks great but works poorly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
