Bad chill drawer

Gallery series fridge 3mos old.....chill drawer sticks and makes a terrible screeching noise when opening and closing...all other features ok

I bought it over a month ago and had a very old refrigerator so I was used to its noises.However I did not expect this frig to make noises so I was surprised to hear all the noises that were listed in the guide. They sounded loud to me the first few weeks, only because they were new noises.but now I think the frig is pretty quiet and don't really notice the noises any more. Even the ice making is not startling me any more. I like the frig, but the noises are the one thing I didn't expect. Over all it's very good, just don't panic over the noises if you have had an old frig!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great except the ice maker!

Love this fridge. The ice maker gets stuck a lot though. We have troubleshooted in the manual but it still is a pain. Besides that its a great and quiet fridge. Just frustrated with the ice maker and the noise it can make sometimes as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Came with the house I bought, brand new! Great product. Only issue is that the filtered water comes out very slow.

Noisy!!!!

We bought this fridge the first one we returned due to the noise the ironic thing is we got second one and it was even louder. I got this because it matches the other appliances and it being counter depth, but wish I would have spent the money elsewhere.

Our kitchen is small and we had very little room for the fridge, but this one fit perfectly. It looks really sleak and modern and works great. If I had one complaint it would be the way the shelf on the door are mounted. I broke the shelf that holds the butter trying to assemble it and had to super glue a little plastic clip back together to fix it. One of the lower shelf fits our milk but sometime when you pull it out the whole shelf goes with it. But over all I really like the frigde and would recommend it.

Nice fit

I bought this model about 3 months ago because I wanted a counter depth fridge and I got this for a great price. I read many reviews and even though many of them complained about the noise and the ice maker I still chose to buy this model. I will say it looks great. I like the smudge proof stainless. As far as the noise, I would say it is a little noisier than I would like but that I can live with. The ice maker is horrible. It jams constantly. Every time I get ice from the door I end up with it on the floor. This is the only issue I have but it is a big issue to me. I need to buy another counter depth fridge for our second home and I will not be buying this model.
