Needed service after 3 months

Food freezes in veggie/fruit drawers

I am very disappointed that whatever gets stored in the veggie/fruit drawers of this refrigerator freezes. The bottom drawer is worse in that the food ends up frozen more quickly than in the other drawer but it will eventually happen in the other drawer over time. I have changed the humidity setting on the drawers and raised the temperature of the fridge but it does not help. I am tired of frozen carrots, lettuce, grapes or whatever else gets put in these drawers. I am not happy that this problem limits the storage space in the unit unless I want frozen and ruined food!

Hello, thank you for sharing your review. I understand that there is freezing in your crispers. Are your crisper bins set on low or high humidity? A lower humidity setting lets more cold air circulate in the crispers. Adjust the control to higher humidity setting. Hope this helps!

Not what I hoped for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator in March. We've already had problems with the ice maker. Only one shelf on the door is wide enough to hold bottles of juice. The rest of the door shelves are so narrow we can only fit a few things on each. The two rows for cans is a complete waste of space. The vegetable and meat bins are nice and the freezer is a good size. It's too hard to reach the on/off switch for ice maker. You have to take the ice bin completely off to reach the switch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

only worked 3 days!

unable to get this thing fixed and working. Don 't know if i have a lemon (which I think)
and/ or able to find a technician that actually knows how to fix a brand new frig.

Great fridge

Like it but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are features about this fridge that I really like. I like the ice maker, the storage drawers, appearance and size. The ice DISPENSER is a problem. If just one ice cube gets caught sideways, I end up with ice everywhere. The dispenser door/chute should be larger so that the ice actually fits through. I end up with ice on the floor weekly because one cube gets stuck. Also, it is noisy, but not consistently. It randomly makes loud sounds, then is quiet again for days before making some other loud sounds. My mother told me Frigidaire's were loud, I guess she was right.

Overall I am very happy and impressed with how easy this is to operate. It's so easy to go to the fridge for a glass of water or a cup of ice. Very happy with my purchase.
