It's a refrigerator

My only hope is this lasts for years without any problems. Planned obsolescence is back with a vengeance. Perhaps Frigidaire has decided refrigerators should be made to last. I am taken aback by how much refrigerators have increased in price.

Ice dispenser has been replaced with-in 2 months

I have had problems since day one with the ice dispenser, if I use the ice up, it take 24 hours to dump the first tray and 3 more days to fill the ice dispenser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Ed Sh! We appreciate you taking the time to provide a quick review on your refrigerator. A rear mounted ice maker, such as the one in your refrigerator, will produce 3 to 4 pounds of ice every 24 hours, depending on usage conditions. Ice is produced at a rate of 8 cubes every 75 to 90 minutes. Make sure that your water valve is completely open, water is dispensing at a steady stream from the dispenser, and that your water filter is seated correctly. We would recommend that you call for a service appointment under your manufacturer’s warranty to have the ice maker inspected if ice is still taking 24 hours to produce any ice. Kindest Regards -

LOVE this refrigerator!!!!

I purchased this refrigerator in June as a replacement for a 20+ year old appliance and could not be happier! I love all of the features that this has from the selections on the ice and water on the front panel to the way that I can arrange the shelving inside the refrigerator to suit my needs! I had downsized the cubic feet with this unit, however, I am still able to store my leftovers, groceries and still have ample room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago it took a few weeks for the noises to die down I wish it had more freezer space also the drawers don't open and close smoothly

Cheap squeaky drawers

I dislike the way the drawers make sounds like chalk on a blackboard everytime u pull or push one in or out. And the middle drawer freezes the Vega tables inside it due to where the cold air vent from freezer is located. It makes ice buildup inside the drawer even on the coolest not coldest setting. Cheap made drawers hurt this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You may find that rubbing the crisper drawer edges with wax paper will allow them to glide easier and alleviate the friction you are experiencing. Perfect Fit

We bought this refrigerator when we moved into our new home. The other appliances were provided by the builder and are also Frigidaire. We love the way it fits in with other appliances, and how it fits with the counters. The crisper drawers, shelves and door spaces give us plenty of room. And I really like the basket drawer in the freezer.

Too new to rate but all the other issues regarding water dispenser and noises with opening the compartments are true. I didn't have much time or money to shop so this looks good for the space.
