Noisy

Had repair person out said high pitched alarm noise was normal. The dog doesn't even stay in the kitchen. The area it's in is not enclosed which could make the sound more audible.
Great looking refridge, smudge proof feature works.

no COLD water

We purchases this frig. through Home Depot. The floor model had a cold water tank. The frig. we received did not. Had tech come, and he confirmed that our model should have a cold water tank. Home Depot ordered a replacement frig. but it also had no cold water tank. Frigidaire insists that this model only dispenses room temp water and that is what ice is for. Drawers are difficult to open and shelves have sharp edges. Ice occasionally come out in an avalanche, spilling all over the floor. Other than that, it's size and storage capacity fit our needs. Very quiet.

I have find rubbing wax paper on the slides and hangers on the chill drawers will help with the opening/closing of the drawers; and it helps reduce the noise. Ice maker is horrible

Ice maker plugs up in door all the time spilling ice all over the floor. Once a week have to reset ice maker to make ice. Door seals are not very good.

I am generally happy with this refrigerator but continue to have problems with items freezing in one of the vegetable drawers regardless of the setting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Refrigerator for the price

Only have had it for 4 months but so far I'm pleases with it. There are several other counter depth units out there at a much higher price point and not sure they offer anything additional.

Nice looking and functional

We would happy to find a stainless steel fridge that was counter depth, they are not easy to find. It looks great in the kitchen! However, the door setup seems awkward and there is only one way to put shelves there. The filter is useless and doesn't filter anything, water still tastes bad. Water doesn't come out cold and ice gets stuck in dispenser a lot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ice dispenser disappointing!

The ice dispenser has some issues. Sometimes the ice will get stuck and I have to grab the lever and pull it forward to stop the ice from coming out and with hardwood floors that sure can be an issue. Otherwise I really like the refrigerator.

Your ice maker will produce 4 to 4.5 pounds of ice every 24 hours, depending on usage conditions. Ice is produced at a rate of 8 cubes every 75 to 90 minutes. Also, I recommend occasionally shake the ice container to keep ice separated, this may prevent ice from getting jammed in the ice dispenser. Please contact us directly for any further assistance.
