Noise Maker

I purchased this refrigerator about 3 months ago and I continue to still have some problems with it. I was told by a rep the temp controls should be set at 0 and 37 but have notice the temp controls fluctuate from time to time and it make noise as to something is bubbling over in a pot on the stove as well as popping noise. I have one bin inside the refrigerator that does not pull out or close with ease and I will be calling to address this issue since I did mentioned it to the rep the last time I spoke with someone. Overall it's a decent refrigerator.

I needed a counter depth fridge for new home. It is an attractive fridge with an above average amount of space. Price was very reasonable.

I bought this fridge about 3 months ago and waited until I actually had a chance to use it daily in order to write a proper review. I like the fridge for its counter depth yet still roomy inside, the finish is great and fingerprint resistant, it is easy to move shelves to desired height. What I don't like is that the water is not cold at all when it comes out of the fridge Ice/Water area. The ice cubes get stuck in the track just outside the fridge if you hold your cup too close and then then burst out all over the floor so that is a challenge to get it just right (nevermind asking the kids to pay attention to that lol) And the fridge door shelves are just strange in size and use but we'll make due. It also makes quite a strange noise while its making ice inside... The temperature is a little tough to regulate as I've had things freeze in the fridge and then not be cold enough but am working that out over time. I like the drawers, they are deep and you can see through them well in order to not guess what you put in there last week. Overall, I like the fridge as counter depth fridges go and would recommend it, just bearing in mind the few tweeks needed above.

I bought this refrigerator a few months ago. It replaced a unit that had a water/ice feature in the door. The water and ice in the old unit always tasted fine. After one month, the water and ice in this unit had a nasty taste. A serviceman came out and said that it was the filter. I asked how a new filter had gone bad so soon and he said that it might have been produced a long time ago. I have purchased a new filter and will install it as soon as it arrives. I hope it solves this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything works perfectly, very spacious, great ice maker, quiet, it DOES NOT smudge, and a more affordable option compared to similar products. Consumer Reports gives it a thumbs up as well.
