This is a fantastic sci-fi film, my wife and I love it! This movie has a great plot and is very fast paced and intense. This movie will have you on the edge of your seat. I highly recommend it! Also, some other great sci-fi movies I recommend are Event Horizon, Sunshine, Dark City and Doom.
What's great about it: Very intense!
What's not so great: Couldn't find anything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Firefly was a great show that was sadly cancelled before the cast, crew and writers really go it off the ground. I was grateful to the studio for allowing them to come together once more and find the heart of the show with this film. They truly delivered on all the thing that made Firefly great with this film
What's great about it: The comic delivery from the whole cast.

I LOVED this series - and well - the movie is a great extension of that. Whedon does a great job at making this a great standalone movie. They plot is the same - and the villain is remarkable. "The Operative" and Mal are polar opposites in nearly every way.
I own the DVD and the Blu-Ray is simply Gorgeous.
What's great about it: Every aspect of the movie, Cost, Availability,
What's not so great: ??

It's a crying shame that this series wasn't renewed; it was a *great* series. I was all ready to buy the entire series...and I did because it was only 14 episodes. The premise of the series was a grittier version of the flashy space sci-fi show. At least the movie tied up all the loose ends and brought closure.
What's great about it: Great way to end the series
What's not so great: It didn't go longer
I would recommend this to a friend!

After watching the original series Firefly I had to watch this movie. So I bought it and I can say I'm not disappointed. The film lives up to the TV series.

This elegant movie, a continuation of the post-network sensation, Firefly, is a sure-fire adventure! Joss Whedon is an amazing story-teller, and the casting for the movie is superb!
