don't ever buy a refrigerator from Samsung

rust spots have started to appear on the 'stainless' steel fridge doors and freezer doors which is deemed just a cosmetic issue and therefore not covered under the warranty
Always had great products in the past from Samsung, so thought the fridge would be good, but turned out to be a terrible, very expensive mistake.
also the ice production is poor, way less than my old fridge I used to have and the veg crispers are tiny, not large enough for a regular shop
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, rusts, poor ice production
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I made a mistake buying this.

The ice maker is absolutely horrible! I read mixed reviews before I bought it. I saw complaints about the ice maker, but some people said it was ok...NOT! I made a mistake by buying this, the ice maker always causes issues when it works, it freezes up, it drips water and the ice bucket is so small. Speaking of drips! Frequently when opening up the refrigerator door that has the water and ice dispenser in it, water runs out all over the floor, there is NO WATER OVER FLOW DRAIN, when water drips from the dispenser while filling a glass or getting ice, there is a super small reservoir that holds the water that drips, so small in fact that it constantly fills up and spills all over the floor when we open up the door. This is a very poor design, the refrigerator also feels so small, we had to buy a second refrigerator for the garage to use as a over flow fridge, we only have three people in our family and it is still small. We had initially planned to get a larger refrigerator but opted for this counter depth model, this counter depth model was smaller and much more expensive. In hind sight we should have bought the larger model that was less money, it only stuck out a few more inches.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, icemaker bad water drips from door
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Initially had issued with ice maker, unit made ice but it would not come out. After multiple calls and a few service tech visits, it got fixed under warranty. The unit works great and looks good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this Fridge for a little over a month... compressor is quite but the Annoying Popping Noise is annoying! sometimes loader than other times !
but Love everything else!

ice cubes are very very small, & water runs very slowly! Water pressure is 70, had it checked today, For the price, am very disappointed!

We love it but...

So far we're very satisfied with the style and the capacity for us empty nesters also it fit like a glove in the opening where our old fridge was. We chose the counter depth model. Wouldn't recommend it for a family though, it would be too small. My only complaint is the Master Icemaker box is hard to remove. We had to wait almost two months for delivery because it needed to be shipped from Korea but the wait was worth it.
Pros: Bright display, stainless steel model looks great.
Cons: master ice maker box is hard to remove.
I would recommend this to a friend!
