Beautiful stainless steel cabinet makes my white kitchen pop. Love the led lighting. Can easily see and access food. Easy to organize food storage.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable
Cons: top hinges a bit high interferred w/top cabinet

This product has great features , although there are a few features that could use some redesign.

1) the ice maker would better served if repositioned to the inside of the door allowing for more shelf space. 2) the ice cubes are a funky white color; not very appetizing. 3) the water dispense spout in the door is angled towards the back and left side; very annoying when trying to fill a glass as the water shoots to the back and left side. We had two replacements delivered and all of them had the same water dispenser defects. We like the appliance other than these features, doesn't appear there is anything that can be done to correct these issues, so we will learn to live with it until a better product comes out I suppose.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

This refrigerator doesn't handle tall items very well. It has a removable and fold up shelf but if you remove that shelf then you have to find somewhere in your house to store it. This is my first icemaker so I can't compare it to anything else, but if I'm sleeping on the family room couch and the ice keeps dropping loudly, it will keep you up. No butter compartment. Shelves are strong and heavier than most other brands I looked at. I like that it sounds if you leave the door open.

Nice features but lets work on the shelves

The ice maker on this unit is wonderful. It is a much better system than the other brand we had before. It seems to have ice on demand where other ones we would have to wait. The outward appears is sleek and stylish. The only drawback to the counter depth model is just that. The depth on the right side where you can push a shelf back to make room for taller items is no very narrow in depth. It would be nice if it were bigger to accommodate a full gallon of milk better. I am nervous putting one there. 2 liter pops work ok there.
Pros: Bright display, nice water and ice feature
Cons: better shelf placement

Since purchasing this new a year ago we have had the ice maker serviced four times the last time they replaced the ice maker. now it no longer works again. another service call and on and on.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Incredible food machine

We got this fridge for a new house that we moved in, that had a counter depth of about 31". We decided for this French door Samsung since the bigger version (28 cu. ft) would stick out too far. We really love the ice maker and water dispenser which has an integrated light. The flex zone drawer is excellent for storing cheeses and cold cuts. The LED lighting, the stainless exterior makes it the center of your kitchen.
