I love Samsung.

We recently upgraded to this Samsung 24 cu. ft. Counter Depth 4-Door Refrigerator, and we absolutely love it. It fits perfectly into our counter top. With great design and lots of neat features, it drew lot of attentions and compliments from our friends and families. It's very quiet, and water tastes good. Ice maker works good too.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a fabulous refrigerator. Lots of great features and plenty of space.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

I've only owned this refrigerator for a month but compared to the Samsung fidge it is replacing I would have to say they're getting better at it. This ice maker takes up less room makes ice faster and doesn't seem to jam. The doorseals are better the doors and drawers seem to snap closed as if the seals were magnetic. It seems to run a bit louder than the last one but still quite. The lighting is better and is well laid out while taking up less space in a counter depth. In fact we are able to get the same amount of groceries in this one at 23 cubic feet as the 29 cubic foot one it is replacing. Hoping it is durable because I really like the looks, inovations and performance so far.
Pros: best looking most inovative, hoping it is durable
Cons: haven't found one yet!

For the most part this is a great frig. The shelves in the door are bif enough to put a gallon of milk on them. My only complaint is the ice maker. The ice maker is far below standard for this high end frig. The amount of ice it makes is very small. The information on it when we got it says that it will produce a large amount of ice. Not even close. If you have more than a caouple of friends over and want to serve drinks, the ice maker can not keep up. Very disappointing on that. Over all is a nice machine though. We'll probably get a stand alone ice machine for parties.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor ice maker

Thanks for the feedback! The ice maker in the RF24FSEDBSR is designed to produce up to 5.2 lbs of ice per day, and store 2.7 lbs. To maximize the ice making capacity, it may help to transfer ice from the main bin to an extra storage container placed in the freezer so it's there when you need it, since the ice maker can't continue to produce if the main bin is full. There are number of other factors that can impact the ice maker's performance, as well. important items to check before purchase

in addition to measuring hight and width it is important to measure depth. I almost didn't and it would have extended to far out. Refigerator is so quiet I do notknow that it is running. Liked the fourth draw very much. The folding shelf is great for exended shelf hight to store wine bottles. The extra money paid for counter depth that we needed was a little pricey.

We just bought this refrigerator and it looks stylish and for a counter depth refrigerator it holds a good amount of groceries. However, the ice production and storage size from the ice maker in my opinion is very poor. It will not provide enough ice for the the two of us on a daily basis. Other than the ice production issue, this is a beautiful refrigerator.
Pros: Bright display, easy access compartments
Cons: ice maker
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice features - Icemaker needs improvment

Looks good in our remodeled kitchen. Like the feel and functionality of the exterior handles. Nice interior lighting. The pull out drawer is handy for storing wine and miscellaneous items.

The icemaker:
The icemaker dispenses ice very slow - other refrigerators dispense ice much faster. The service technicians told us the dispensing rate is normal.
The Samsung discharges a combination of cubed ice and crushed ice when cubed ice is selected. The service technicians told us this is normal.
Three or four times a week, the ice indicator light will automatically switch from cubed ice to crushed ice. The service technicians said they could try to fix this issue but stated their work may cause other problems. Although it is easy to switch the Samsung back to cubed ice, it is disappointing to pay this much for a refrigerator that has operational problems.
The icemaker makes a fairly loud noise when it discharges ice to the storage bin.
