Great looking, quiet refrigerator

This is one of the largest counter depth, stand alone refrigerators. With one exception (no separate compartment to keep milk and other drinks colder than the main compartment) , the design is excellent. Very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awful Fridge, STAY AWAY

Since the day we bought it we have had issues. Ice machine stopped working and it took forever to get the repair scheduled. Now the deli drawer is leaking water in it and the tech said there is no way that's possible from the ice maker. When the ice maker is off, no leak, when the ice maker is on there is a big puddle. Doesn't take a genius to figure out the cause. I wouldn't buy this item again.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Love our new refrigerator

Love the FlexZone drawer. Love the way our counter depth fits and looks with our kitchen. Of course the draw back from that is a little less space inside the refrigerator, but that has never been an issue for us since there is only two of us. Something to consider if you have a large family. Nice and bright inside with the led lighting.
Pros: Bright display, great looking

constant problem with ice maker which Samsung will not do anything about.

We have had problems with the ice maker on this refrigerator since it was six months old. We had technicians out while still under warranty, including all parts of ice maker being replaced twice. It ices up, pours water out, and then the fan will get stuck making a noise. I would never recommend or purchase another Samsung product as Samsung knows this is an issue and will not resolve.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

Ice Machine FAIL

Does NOT keep food cold.

Owned fridge for 6 years. Problem with ice maker freezing up since purchased. Recently noticed fridge will not cool to the correct temp. Fridge reads 34°F but actual measured temp inside is 45°F-48°F, which is unsafe for food storage per the USDA. Would not purchase a fridge with a design similar to this one as it is a known defect that has not been addressed.
