This upgrade was a long time coming, so it was a huge leap forward for us in fridge technology and perks. So far we are thrilled. Design as good as you would expect from Samsung, and performance has been flawless.
Pros: Bright display

Sharp looking fridge!

So far, we like this fridge. We were a little bummed that we had to go with counter depth and sacrifice the space, but there is still quite a bit of space. Some of the taller items are tough to fit, so the door space is necessary, but we're big milk drinkers, so we have three gallons taking up that space. Oh well! The Flex Zone drawer is pretty neat for easy access stuff that doesn't require you to open the main fridge, and the freezer compartment is plenty big. I wish it opened a little bit wider, but the slide out feature helps!
Pros: sharp looking, neat features
Cons: a little expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Refrigeration/Horrible ice maker

This is a great refrigerator, however the ice maker “ice master” is the worst on the market. The ice maker went out after 13 months. Of course the warranty for general repairs is only for 12 months. So I was stuck along with all the others that are having the same problems with this ice maker. Waiting for Samsung to step up and fix this issue. Maybe a while. In the meantime I will not buy another Samsung product. This review is because of the “ice master”

We have a had this refrigerator for maybe a year and half. We have uneven doors (since the get go) and one of our shelves broke. Samsung needs to stick to TV's.

shelves and drawers keep breaking

plastic parts break. if it is more than 3 years old it its hard to find parts. expected more from an expensive refrigerator. i have replaced 3 shelves and one drawer and hinge.

Rusted door, VERY BAD QUALITY

we bought this refrigerator 2 years ago. we never thought of getting an extended guarantee for rusting, since it is supposed to be stainless steel. do not purchase.
