refrigerator is poor at best

icemaker broke within months....should have expected it because all of my other Samsung appliances break on a regular basis
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Refrigerator has Great Aerodynamic look with nicely design features and human factor. Best energy saving of its size. Big enough not to need 2nd refrigerator. Money well spend.

Good fridge, but the water filter is hard to remove & replace

The fridge has served us well over the past 18 months, but each time it gets to a point where the water filter needs to be replaced, we always have a really hard time getting the darn thing out of its socket. The torpedo design looks sleek and elegant, but it seems to stick inside the fridge. Also, the little handle at the end that is supposed to be used to grab the water filter is smooth and doesn't offer good grip. I think the fridge overall is a good product, but it would really help if the design could be improved for the water filter. Isn't there an easier, smoother way to place the water filter in place? If they would even just offer a better handle on the filter itself, that might resolve the problem.
Cons: ineffective design

Only thing that I don't like is the middle drawer sometimes get stuck and you have to wiggle it a little for it to go back in.

Not worth it

I hate to say it because I really wanted a built in soda stream but this fridge isn't worth the extra cost. Every time you want more club soda, the fridge is cycling through to make more club soda and at that point you can't use it. I wish I would have spent $1000 less on something that didn't have this feature and just continue using my soda stream machine. Super disappointed, Samsung. Absolute waste of money and now an absolute waste of space inside the fridge.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
