We moved into our house a little over a year ago,and this was installed already. It is very loud, and would leave water marks on the dishes. All the sudden it stopped cleaning dishes. I would find the soap still on the bottom and dishes still dirty. I came on here hoping to see if others are having this problem. Also it takes forever to run the regular cycle. We started it at 8:15pm and it was still running at 11pm.

Yikes! Britney12, if the detergent pod is intact at the end of the cycle, this could indicate that the water is not getting to it so it will dissolve. If you don’t hear water filling the dishwasher, check that the water supply line hasn’t gotten pinched or kinked. Hot water is necessary to activate dishwasher detergent and melt fatty food soils. An automatic sensor will check the incoming water temperature and, if it is not hot enough, the cycle will be lengthened for automatic water heating in the main wash and final rinse of all cycles. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help (page 11 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions). I hope this helped! Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

Ours is rubbish too!

Well, it's been installed for 10 years, so maybe it has an excuse. Dishes are cleanish, but detergent is rarely disolved. Not sure what is going on. I have inspected filters spinners, pump impellor, etc. Next step replace logic board? Not sure that will even fix it.

Hello, Joe Schmoe.
We thank you for taking time out of your day to share your feedback. Check to ensure your water pressure is around 120 pounds per square inch (psi). Check incoming water temperature. It should be at least 120°F (49°C). Should you need additional assistance chat with us at www.frigidaire.com or call us at 1-800-374-4432 Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-8 pm EST.
