[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 6 months ago and am very pleased. The refrigerator space in our kitchen is smaller than normal but we were able to get this refrigerator to fit. I like that the shelves are easy to rearrange and clean. The ice and water features work great. I am able to keep my vegetables, meat and cheeses very cold in the bottom drawers, which is great for keeping our food fresh longer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where do I begin?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in May 2017 as part of a suite of appliances.Absolutely love the look.
But that is where the love ends.
Have had service repair to my home 3 times so far.
Issues that have been serviced:
Water filter was jammed into slot unable to be removed; technician needed to remove half the panels on back of fridge to release.
"Cool Drawer" freezes everything placed in it.
Despite set temp at 38F, produce gets too cold (close to freezing) in produce drawers, decreasing life of fresh items.
Doors designed poorly, door shelving prevents access to interior shelves due to narrowness of the opening.
Ice Maker does not push ice to chute, causing constant running of device when trying to get ice.
Ice chute frequently clogs, causing and "Ice Nightmare" situation where dispenser lever stays pushed to "on" and dispenser keeps pushing ice, but due to the jam in the chute in the door-just serves to make a mess in the freezer.
Freezer drawers/baskets will not stay on tracks.
But that is where the love ends.

None of the issues (with the exception of the jammed filter)have been resolved. We have just decided to live with them and chalk it up to experience.
I would be hard pressed to purchase any Fridigidare appliance again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
