What's great about it: Remastered for 35th anniversary, digibook packaging.
What's not so great: Film studios milking these kind of movies by releasing them and then re-releasing them over and over.

I had hoped it would have been the digibook or at least have the slipcase but it did not. But for this movie I made an exception as it has never looked better. I appreciate the studio going back and making it look the way it should.

I had not seen the original Halloween since sneaking into the theater as a kid. I cannot imagine the presentation I saw then was any better than this Blu-ray. The picture is stunning and the soundtrack is top-notch. The digibook package is also very nice. Highly recommended.

I can't say much more about this excellent film that hasn't already been said but if you are one of the very few that hasn't checked out this amazing film yet that has aged like a fine wine, then the new remastered blu-ray is the perfect way to do just that.
