It is light-hearted and hilarious. Every character is well developed and clever. I highly recommend this to all of my family and friends who have ever worked in an office environment or know someone who has.
What's great about it: This is the best series I have ever seen on television.
What's not so great: I wish it was longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Every episode gets better!

The season starts off with a bang with "Witch Hunt - they won't let me write the first word" - one of the best written and acted of the group. Other great episodes include Phylls' Wedding and Business School - each showing Michael's range. Finally, the season finale is expertly done - the last two scenes are the best you'll find.
What's great about it: Writing, directing, acting
What's not so great: Can never have too many extras
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Office is a great show. I only got into it this year because they have been playing the re-runs but I instantly became addicted. Some of the material on this show is absolutely off the walls. You'll be laughing for hours. It's also exciting to watch the extra scenes that you don't get to see on TV. I would definitely purchase this DVD if you enjoy this show. And if you've never seen it before I would purchase season 1-3 and catch up! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
What's great about it: Hours of hilarious episodes, outakes, and extra material
I would recommend this to a friend!

I swear this show gets better every season. As always the practical jokes on Dwight, Michaels stupidity, and office romances will keep you laughing throughout every DVD in this set. Season 3 introduces new characters and new laughs. If you thought season 2 was hillarious, season 3 is a must. Buy this DVD set if you love The Office.
What's great about it: Hillarious as usual
What's not so great: None

The tension between Pam & Jim has come to a cusp and in a surprise ending in the last episode...well...you'll just have to watch it. These characters are the most unique and entertaining as any you will find on television today. Once you're into The Office, you'll never want it to end.

Although I wasn't too big on a number of Steve Carrell's movies, his role in the office fits him to a tee. His character Michael is just incredibly funny in a randomly naive sort of way.
The character development of the cast throughout the episodes are intriguing and doesn't get lost within the episodes which is great. You can watch each show and take something from it, but from a character's perspective you can see how their situation changes over the course of the shows.
This is one of my favorite shows on tv and hopefully they'll have future seasons to come.
What's great about it: The series in itself is a must watch.
What's not so great: none
I would recommend this to a friend!

Even if you're not an Office fan right now, you should start watching it on DVD. After just a few episodes you'll learn to love the show as much as your obnoxious Office-quoting friends.
