This is my 2nd Epson Scanner...it does the job for which it was designed.
The first went 15 years plus. a refurbished unit like this one

Epson Perfection V500 Photo Scanner

The Epson V500 is a very good scanner and the Ice program works very well.
The colors come out the way they should, bright and very good colors.
It does PDF files great just by pushing a button! Also direct to Outlook Email or printer.
I would recommend this scanner to any one and when ever I need to replace it, I would get another like it.

Sorry I waited so long to start using this amazing scanner. I have used it a lot and enjoy scanning my old slides, negatives and photos. I have to do very little if any editing. The editing is to correct old negatives and slides some 50 + years old.
I would recommend this to a friend!
