Document feeder

There was nothing said in the information about the document feeder being optional. When I unpacked the box, there was no document feeder. The copy on the box says it is included. What's up?

EPSON 500/ 125

I HAVE TWO EPSON COPIERS, THE 500 AND THE 125 AND BOTH OF THEM HAVE PERFORMED AS WELL AS EXPECTED.. THE 500 ALLOWS ME TO SAVE ALL THOSE SLIDES I TOOK YEARS AGO.. AND THE 125 DOES EVERY THING ELSE I NEEDED.. THE SUPPORT GROUP HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL WHEN EVER I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND.. I RECCOMEND THESE PRODUCTS TO EVERY ONE...

Epson V500

Scanner works great, and is good for preview printing photos scanned from negatives. Scans documents extremely well.
The only negative is the software is not easy to figure out, and the instructions aren't much help. You will spend time trying to get photos scanned until you figure it out on your own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very satisfied with scanner. Great quality and excellent results. Easy to operate. Very good choice of scanning adjustments.
A bit noisy when operating but that's minor to the results.

Epson Perfection V500 Photo Scanner

I have been using this scanner for over 4 years. It has been transported across country to work on genealogy. I have used it to scan Scouting history. Recently I have been using it to scan church archives. Some archival photographs have seemed to be "washed. The ability to do color correction brings these pictures back to life. When I think I have figured out the scanner, I find out something new.
I would recommend this to a friend!
