I have owned a Waterpik for about 15 years but I was having problems with the old one when it came time to connect the head. I missed using it even though it still worked so I bought a new one and I am so happy with it. I gave my new one with the unused heads to a friend and I am sure he will buy a new one after experiencing the clean you can only get from a Waterpik.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about a month ago and it does keep your teeth cleaner. It doesn't come with a tongue scrapper which I wanted - but you can buy that separately at a reasonable cost. Just make sure to get the correct one for your model water pick
Bought this waterpic a few weeks ago this is the third one we purchased.. the first two were excellent. They get dirty after a while even after cleaning regularly. This third purchase is horrible. It is noisy, vibrates and water leaks from the tip after the unit is turned off
It sounds like construction happening in my bathroom and I don’t want to get started on the leaks..the water pick leaks so bad it’s more water on me than in my mouth. Smh..never again

I guess overall this is a good product as my dentist said my gums improved when using it, but I'm getting ready to buy my fourth one in a year. The button that pushes in on the handle is only good for about three months and replacing the handle it never really works right after that. Each time I've had to buy a whole new unit. Since I'm heading out to by my fourth one in a year tomorrow, I am upset and I think I should warn people that it's good for your health but the handle design is horrible - the button won't last very long at all, it is not a warranty part, and when you buy a replacement handle not only does it cost a third of the price of the whole unit but it doesn't work as well after replaced so it's easier in the long run just to get a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
