MY old Water Pic I could use three or four times with one full container. With the new one I'm lucky to get two uses with a full container??

It takes some getting use to. The pressure has to be adjusted to the user. Practice will finally get you to use it without spraying water all over the place. It removes the large particiles but im not sure as yet how good it does in removing plaque.

Our old Waterpik was at least five years old. The new Waterpik works much better. We no longer have a problem installing and removing the end devices.
