This was recommended to my husband who has periodontal disease and had been having a problem flossing due to a torn bicep tendon. It has been great. It is easy for him to use and the model we got has the travel size also, so I use that. I was amazed the first time I used it how my teeth felt like they do after I go to the dentist for a cleaning. I am hooked on it now.

Several years ago I bought the water pike for my son to use for his braces. There was attachments included in the price that would help reduce plaque buildup and periodontal disease - which I use. When I went for my annual cleaning, the hygienist was impressed of how healthy my gums were.
