I got thi about a month ago and have been using it daily. It works I guess as its suppose too but it's so loud! I wake up early and can't use it because I would wake my wife up! The lil rubber tip attachment isn't as strong as the warnings say. I mean I guess it gets the job done but the spray even on ten the highest setting sent that strong. Seems to me the older ones I had were quieter and more efficient.

There are way to many various heads to use and my basic use is to clean between teeth as dentist said that was needed. I read the instructions and have increased the water pressure and it works fine and seems to be better with higher water pressure. Of course if you are new to this increase it slowly with use as I can imagine you could damage gums is started at high pressure. My teeth feel almost as clean as when I leave the dentists office. I also reviewed prices before making a purchase and this was definitely the best price and the quality it performs made it even a better buy.

Easy to use and very effective. Even after thoroughly brushing and flossing my teeth I have seen specks of food in my sink after using my WaterPik. Recommended by my dental hygienist I can see why. And the intensity of the spray is adjustable for whatever your comfort level.
