This is my third unit and it works perfectly. The one weak spot on the other two has been the water hose cracking and water spurting out. My wife is now using one as well and loves it. Says it make her feel her mouth is cleaner.

It's a good product but it is very noisy. My second one: I hope it doesn't leak from the basket like the first one where the rubber stopper is. Let's hope not.
