I previously owned a Waterpik. The hose broke. I plugged along until they produced a nicer, more quiet Waterpik. I'm hoping they will come up with an idea to make the motor even more quiet for all of their models; say to a low hum. Otherwise, I'm quite pleased with its performance.

This model is same as the one I have had for a long time and I called customer service and explained to the lady that it vibrates more than my old one and it makes a lot of noise.I get up early and try to clean up and go without waking anyone but it is a concern.I put phone next to it so the lady could hear and she said that it is normal.I wonder,for now.

I bought this with high hopes, went through the first time use procedure then used it and really liked it. Unfortunately, the next day I tried to use it and the motor turned on but the water wouldn't flow so I had to return it. I did get another one and it has worked for a couple weeks but I am wondering if I am going to have the same problem. My ratings are based on the average of the 2 units.
