I have only one complaint. The cable that carries the water from the resevoir to the pick is very hard and hard to twist. Needs a more flrxible cable.

The Waterpik is wonderful. I really dislike using string floss, but I promised my dentist I would floss every day. Waterpik uses a soft flow of warm water and rinses between teeth and around the gums gently and thoroughly. It comes with a number of attachments to do a more professional cleaning if you feel like it. My mouth feels cleaner and I have no more guilt feelings about wanting to toss my floss!

The only complaint is that it's not very powerful. If I don't use it on the highest setting, it not powerful at all.
