For the first time in 56 years I had to have some dental work in my upper teeth, however I was not aware that along with dental work comes the difficulty keeping it clean and particle free. I was planning to return to the dentist to help me with the pain and discomfort from food particles in areas my toothbrush or floss would not work. I decided to try the WaterPik (purchased at Costco) first. And to my amazement and surprise the pain and discomfort was cleared up in a few days saving another trip to the dentist. Thank you for a GREAT product.
I bought this one to replace my old one that I used for over 10 years. It is just like my old one in the using factor, and I wanted it to have a strong output, because that was what I was used to. You can control the stream to a lesser strength also. All in all it is just what I wanted, and for a good price. Also, the shape is a little more streamlined, which helps when it is being stored and not used.
I purchased the waterpik at the request of my dentist and hygienist. Took some time getting used to it without squirting all over. I'm getting used to it and wonder why I never used it earlier. It does a great job, so much better and complete around teeth and between.
I bought this on recommendation of my dental hygienist to improve my gum health. She said to use the pikpocket tip. Within a week noticeable improvement.
Given as a gift. So easy to use and every after I have brushed and flossed it still has the capacity to remove food particles. I had gum surgery over 40 years ago but it was so painful I have never forgotten. Taking care of my gums is of utmost importance to me and, after all these years, I think this is the perfect addition to my daily oral hygiene.
