I've needed a Water-Pic for years and finally got one. I've had problems with plaque build up, especially the older I get. I can't believe the difference in the feel of my gums and mouth. I can honestly say that I can really tell a difference since I've been using this product.

We have had it and been using it for almost a month and about a week ago the button started sticking in so water won't spray out. It will come out every now and again but my son needs this to spray around all of the metal in his mouth!

This last purchase replaced the Waterpik that I had used for many years ~ there was no question whether I would buy another. I consider the Waterpik essential to oral health; in some instances more so than flossing. My new Waterpik is lightweight and streamlined in design. [My only concern is that this unit is more noisy than my last.]

After having some bridge work done at the dentist. I needed an easier way to clean underneath. What an amazing job the Waterpik does. No more trying to feed floss under the bridge. Should have bought one years ago and maybe I wouldn't need a bridge today.

The "hose" to the water pick keeps getting pinched and therefore no water comes out. I have to unwind it in order for the water to flow easily. It's like when your water hose is twisted and nothing comes out. I'm planning on exchanging it for the same model and hope this problem is rectified because I do like the product when it works eventually.
