Overall satisfied with this product. It does a good job power washing your mouth but was not content with the devices gripping feature to stay on surface. I have to hold it down so it would not move.

This unit was to replace WaterPik that finnaly gave up the ghost after nearly 20 years of use.
This one is improved, has a travel unit and is less expensive than the original(in 1996 dollars it is half the price).
The fact that I went back to a WaterPik should say it all

This is my 3rd Waterpik - it's the only way to clean under my bridges. It does a much better job than traditional floss which if not careful cuts my gums.

Under recommendation from our dentist, we purchased the Pik. Once we got familiar with the product, we're pleased with the results. It's a real improvement over old time flossing. Please consider adding a time element to the brochure (1 min, 2 min..... per use...). If the product's meant to be used until the reservoir's empty, then add that comment to the brochure.

I bought this a month ago and am very satisfied with it. It has good features for ease of use and my teeth feel very clean after using. The jury is out whether or not I can totally replace flossing by using this waterpik ...but hopefully so.
