We have had this product a number of weeks and find that there are good and not so good changes. There does not appear to be the same amount of pressure as our older model. Do not attach the tip prior to removing the water container or it will be difficult to remove and reinstall. Alternately it is better aligned for removing the pick and probably will not break the tube, as did our older model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The water cup and lid is cheap. The lid holds part of the attachments. Why not all?

It's been over a month that I received my WP-100. This was my first purchase of any water flosser after being advised by my dental hygienist for 2+ years. I had always despised string flossing because of the sensitivity and bleeding it brought onto my gums, and I never felt certain I was even flossing correctly. The WP-100 is convenient and easy to use - it alleviated all my flossing fears and has me on my way to long term complete dental health! I love water flossing!
This water flosser effectively removes food particles between teeth that brushing misses. I would have rated it excellent except that when I first used the unit, there was a large water leak from where the handle hose exits the main unit. Installation of a new handle unit completely solved the problem and I have been very happy with the unit ever since.
