I bought they Waterpik a month ago and I am very pleaded with the way it makes my mouth and gums feel clean. The different pressure controls are excellent. I especially like the tip for my bridge and crowns. Very satisfied with product.

The first one I bought lasted less than a week. It just seems cheaply made and I don't feel it will last long. You get water all over the place running down your hand as you use it. A pain having to unplug after each use and how long will plug last having to unplug after each use and plug in again before using. Can't see much difference but time will tell if it lasts that long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
