Our first and second units did not last very long. The line to the pick sprang a leak on both units. The only way to correct the problem was to purchase new units. If it happens again I will purchase a different manufacturer.

I would recommend this product only because it is better than flossing, however,
I feel the product was too expensive vs the benefit received.

I had a waterpic for 4 years when it started to leak so I got a new one. This one is much lighter and a whole lot noisier despite the claim that it is quiet. I put it on a towel to cut down on the noise. I am glad I have a 3 year warrantee plus an extra year from the credit card because I don't expect this one to last 4 years like the last one with the way it vibrates but only time will tell.
That said, I think it works better than the last one. Since I have been using a water pic, my cleanings have been minimal and my dental hygienist is recommending a water pic to all her clients.

We bought this about a month ago & use it every day. It took a couple of times to get the pressure & hold right. Now we are amazed at how much additional stuff gets flushed out of our mouths. The bleeding gums are also gone!
