I got braces recently and flossing was almost impossible in my small mouth. Tried the waterpik and could not believe how much food sediment this dumped in my basin, even after using a pre-brushing rinse and brushing my teeth with either a soniCare or Oral-B brush. This is the best!!

I got the WP-100 about a month ago and I like it. I would give it a 5 stars if the water flow would work every time. Some time, I have to adjust the head several times to make the water flowing out.

i brought this item about a month ago. it was recommended by my dentist who suggested it after i spoke about constant bleeding gums. he suggested added a few drops of Milton baby sterilizer to the water and one week later the bleeding has near enough stopped completely.

This is my second WaterPik. I had to replace my first one after only 6 months because the rubber gasket at the bottom started leaking water and I could NOT find a replacement part for it.
It would be nice if there was a user friendly site in which to order replacement/defective parts.
