I purchased this along with a Sonic toothbrush on the advice of my dentist. After I brush I still see small bits of food coming out when using the pick. Mouth feels much better after use.

Purchased about a month ago. Easy to set up and use. Direction said water cup can be cleaned periodically in the dishwasher. But I wonder about the water that collects between the cup and base; it's not clear how that can be sterilized over time.
