I bought this machine about a month ago on the recommendation of a dental hygenist. Since I have a tremor, I was concerned about using this item. I had read the reviews about how it could be sloppy. What I found was that with two hands I could control the direction of the water. Using hot tap water, I could control the sensitivity of my teeth. I am very happy with how it makes my mouth feel, especially with bridgework.

I bought this about a month ago I loved it couldn't be happier I love the large Reservoir I love the fact that it's electric instead of battery it's awesome to use I use it every time I eat I can see the tiny particles coming out in my mouth which is a plus to actually see it working but I've noticed that as of late the water is taking longer to come out of the pic then when I first purchased it I know it's not getting clogged up because I'm only putting water in the reservoir mixed with a little mouthwash sometimes or hydrogen peroxide this these liquids do not clog otherwise it's perfect and I'm very happy with the product
