Use it day and night, my only complaint is that after about a year something seems to go wrong with it, either the little hose leaks, the or the water pressure. I have owned several of the Waterpik devices. I still love them and need them.

I have been usung the Waterpik for a number of years. The new one I purchased is lighter in eight and more powerful. It removes additional particles beyond flossing and gets under my gums to enhance gum health. This is a really great and innovative product for dental hygeine!!

I bought many things this year and seriously this best money spent on myself hands down . My breathe is so pure even when I wake up in the morning . I can leave the house without even brushing my teeth in the morning I am very impressed with this product I think everyone should have one if they want to protect their teeth. Even heals your gum ,food that was wedged between teeth causing bacteria is now GONE . BEST THING FOR THE MOUTH EVER I HAVE BEEN TELLING THIS TO ALL MY FRIENDS TO GIVE IT FOR CHRISTMAS.

. . Occasionally over the years, I have gotten minor gum problem, and my dentists have recommended waterpiks along with other remedies.. So I have kept a water pik on hand and used it successfully whenever I needed it . Recently I had a major gum infection requiring several deep cleaning treatments by my dental hygienist. When my old waterpik sprung a leak I purchased a water flosser ultra waterpik . The updated version is really good with more functional options . The function that works on infections within ridges of the gums does a super job of cleaning. I was so impressed that I purchased another one as a Christmas gift for my son, telling him that even though he has no problems now, he should use it along with his regular brushing to avoid future gum problems.

I have had this about a month and use it every day following the brushing of my teeth. I see little specks of food fall out using this and also find it does a much better job than the string floss. Purchased this due to recommendation of dentist.
