This is the second unit that I have used, the first lasted 5 yrs. It was the same model but in white. I prefer the black color as it blends with the counter tops much better and it has the exact same features.This unit is lighter weight and woks well to help maintain a healthy set of teeth&gums.The noise level is around the same, I use a washcloth as a pad to help, it dampens the vibration some.Using the waterpik has helped my gums a lot, and I hate using regular dental floss as it gets caught between my crowns and breaks. I use the water flosser 2-3 times daily and am suprized at how much food particals are flushed out. I would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their dental hygiene.

I bought this a month ago to replace my old waterpik. My old one was still working after 15 years of service, but I wanted to get the new model. The new model has many improved features that make it more convenient to use. It is so good looking, that I leave it out between my double sinks. You only think that your teeth are clean with brushing and flossing. I save the waterpik for last and it will still find residue. My mouth feels so clean afterword and I know that my breath stays fresher.

I purchased this about 3 weeks ago and I love it. I don't know why I didn't purchase this sooner. I have two implants and was having some problems with them and now after using my waterpik for 3 weeks I am problem free.

My very old Waterpik was falling apart so I got a new one for Christmas. Mostly like the old one but a little better. I can floss, use the dental piks, and still have little pieces of food come shooting out when I use my Water Pik. I love it!
