I received this as a gift and I love it. This machine works! Mine came with a few different attachments and they each work your gums in a different way. Read the simple directions first just to make sure you get the most out of this tool and you don't run the risk of hurting your gums. It is a bit messy and takes practice to remember to keep your mouth closed enough so the water doesn't splash everywhere (I like looking in the mirror, so this is challenging for me) but once you have that down, the results speak for themselves.

Did not give 5 stars as only been using 60 days. Had a cleaning in the middle of the sisxty days and was given a good report. Will be better able to give a full report after next cleaning, as of now iI would say this machine is a excellent product.

I have to have a water jet for health conditions in my mouth. I have had to replace the hand control twice on this thing in 2 years. It simply stops releasing wAter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
