[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great value, base water pik and portable handheld unit sold together.
The base unit was smaller than I had thought, a plus, because it doesn't take up a lot of room on the bathroom vanity. The base unit holds more water in the reservoir and allows complete flossing, without having to refill reservoir. I'm not sure if I will ever use the storage area in cover to the reservoir, opening it seems a bit awkward. I would like the base unit to be a little heavier (weighted) to secure on vanity. The actual operation seems a little awkward, on\off switch on base and pause button on handle, it would be nice if the on\off switch was on the handle. An ample amount of various flossing tips were included with both the base unit and the portable unit.
The portable unit is powerful and the reservoir size is much larger than older models which allows thorough flossing. The portable unit is quite stable when set down. Again, an ample amount of floss tips were provided.
As it has worked out I prefer the base unit and my husband prefers the handheld unit. We are both happy.

Why did I wait so long to buy this! Does a great job cleaning between teeth. Takes a little time to get used to the water stream. Just be sure not to use cold water! Just wish this model had an off/on switch on the handle. Otherwise, great value.

I just got my Waterpik Ultra Water Flosser today and I am beyond satisfied with my purchase! Flossing is so time consuming and can be somewhat painful! With the Waterpik ultra, you control the water pressure! It comes with 6 different piks to choose from and each one does a wonderfully unique job! I've never felt a better clean feeling!! I just love having a bright white smile and healthier mouth thanks to my new Waterpik Ultra!!
Ps. Keep your mouth closed unless you want water all over the place! But once you get the hang definitely worth every single dollar!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product, I use a dental appliance called trays every other day and my dentist insists on a waterpik, I can use my trays for the required 10 minutes and then brush for 2 minutes fill up my ultra waterpik and rinse as long as I want feel so refreshing and last all day. Working 3rd shift I can take along the cordless glosser and rinse after eating my dinner. I just know my next dental appointment Is going to be a success. I encourage everyone to try these two waterpik you will not be disappointed. An absolutely amazing product.

It has been a month since I purchased this product, so far, I am satisfied, the only dissatisfaction is it is loud and the container top keeps coming apart. Having an infant at home, I must go into another room to turn the product on because it wakes the baby up. other than that, it is fine.
