I bought this in August 2018. I was nervous about using it so I left it in the box for 2 weeks. This machine is a lot better than the one that I used in the 80's. It has the capability to change water pressure. Plus there is a lot more options for which pressure head is to be used to clean your teeth. I have not been to a dentist yet to see how it is going, that is not until 2019. So hopefully I am using the machine correctly, and will get a high five from the dental office.

Just got my waterpik a few days ago and have used it a few times now. This is my first waterflosser, and so far everything works great and I am really satified with the way it works. I bought it because I'm having a lot of bad breath, and I'm hoping this will help. After the third time using, my mouth looks and feels amazingly clean. I love it! I have been using a sonicare for years, but this takes things to new level.
