Daily use is invaluable as confirmed by my dentist. I also used this modality as an orthopaedic surgeon to help in clensing a dirty open wound and before closing a clean uninfected would.
I finally replaced my my old waterpik model WP-60W with this model. The new model is so light and seems very flimsy in comparison to my old waterpik. It is easily moved (easily slides when being used) on the vanity and doesn't stay put. I had my old waterpik for well over 20 years and it worked like a charm until it finally gave out. The old one seems to be built much sturdier and I will be thoroughly surprised if the new one lasts me 5 years. Feels cheaply built, fragile and not solid but performs similarly, I am just hoping that it lasts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Waterpik has recently elected to make a change to our Water Flosser products to be more compliant with energy efficiency. The change included changing our motors to a high voltage direct current style, reducing the wattage consumption from 34 watts to 14 watts. The new high efficiency motor is lighter.
It’s very awesome works great teeth feel great afterwards

I am really upset with this product. The hose has just snapped right at the wand, I repaired it and it did it again in another place. I would not buy any products with this stiff hose that seems to be brittle.
This product is great! It cleans the gum line really well. It also came with many tip attachments for various functions! I highly recommend purchasing it!
Motor almost stops pumping when in use. I've had other models over the years, but this one is utterly disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that this is happening. It could just need the jet tip replaced or the unit may need to be cleaned. Here is a link to our cleaning blog that has detailed instructions. https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/product-support/articles/how-to-clean-waterpik-water-flosser-vinegar/ If this does not fix the issue, please let us know! This model does come with a three-year warranty. Please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call us at (800) 525-2774 and we would be happy to help.
