The item works as expected, cleaning food from around the teeth. The only issue is the rubber stopper in the water container, it needs to be pushed down by hand to seal the container, otherwise it leaks water. This was the same issue I had with the previous WP100 I had.

I thought I was getting my mouth clean with just brushing and flossing. Wrong! The Waterpik gets at food particles that the brush and floss have left behind.
