The product received is fine. Personal adaptions are needed for comfort while using, but the options are available and not just in the: ‘I wish it had zone’. I have realized that it will take continuous use in order to remove the plague already on my teeth and gum line. I often wonder why this product was not recommended when I had my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist. I informed her that the cleaning still left a feeling that it was not done completely. I feel that is when this product should have been recommended and/or used at her station. I will continue to use the product with prayers that the condition becomes better through use.

I recieved my Water Pic WP 100 as a Christmas gift to replace an older model. The new one has some improvements which I like, for example the power adjustiment knob on the base. All in all I am very pleased with it and I use it nearly every day.

Dental checkup revealed some gum issues and Waterpik was recommended. Very pleased with results. Even after brushing, Waterpik still cleans out remaining residuals. Especially since I have several crowns. Amazing!
