The product takes some time to get used to; little messy but works fine. I was disappointed that I did not get the tongue cleaner; I was given two jet tips.

I've been using my waterpick about a month, and went to the dentist today for a cleaning. My Dentist said she could see a different in my gums, which is good news, since I have periodontal problems. I would recommend for folks who have a hard time using floss. My only issue so far is the button on the wand sticks.
